Mooloolaba campus will showcase a range of career areas, including sport, hospitality and retail, business services and more.
Guided tours depart every 30 minutes, are one hour in duration and cover the following areas:

Pink tour – Beauty, Fashion and Retail
- Showcasing: fashion design, nail technology, beauty, make up and retail processes.
Orange tour – Hospitality and Tourism
- Showcasing: commercial cookery, bistro operation, service of drinks, tourism and event management.
White tour – Business, Media and IT
- Showcasing: business, security, digital media industries and IT CPU.
Mooloolaba Tour Program – 9am, 9.30am, 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, 12am, 12.30pm, 1pm.
WELCOME AND REGISTRATION
On arrival, please register your school at this booth. We will be there to welcome your school and provide you with an overview of the campus tours available. Students will receive their campus tour maps which show tour times and starting point locations. Any general enquiries can be asked at this station.
INDUSTRY PORTAL REGISTRATION AND LIBRARY SERVICE
Learning Centre there will be computers available for student to register on any industry portal of their choice. The nine portals are: Business, Creative, Childcare, Health, Retail, Sport, Sustainability, Tourism, and Trades Support Networks. Our Library Services and Flexible Learning Centre. Staff will be there to support the students with registration and to showcase our Flexible Learning centre and Library operations.
APPRENTICESHIPS AND TRAINEESHIPS
Our TAFE Apprenticeship/Traineeship Services
Staff will be available for students to speak with regarding the delivery of training for off the job components of Apprenticeships and Traineeships and to answer any questions or enquiries about how to become an Apprentice or Trainee.
CLIENT AND STUDENT SERVICES
Here students will be able to collect all information on or ask questions regarding:
- TAFE programs
- Course prerequisites
- Career pathways
- Articulation pathways to University
- Enrolment requirements
- Processes and dates
- Disabilities Support information
- Indigenous and Youth Support information
- General enquiries
Our TAFE Guidance Officers will be available for students to make a booking for a one on one consultation or answer any question or concerns the student may have regarding studying at SCIT.

No tour bookings necessary, just turn up and queue for the tour of your choice however schools must still register bus arrival times. A maximum of 25 students per tour. All students must have closed in shoes.
